What is the Virginia schedule for permanent partial disability?
Permanent Partial Disability (PPD) is paid at 2/3 the average weekly wage of the injured worker up to a 2008 maximum compensation rate of $841.00
Example: If the PPD percentage is 50% to the arm (200 weeks), and the compensation rate (66/2/3% of the AWW) is $400, the the value of the PPD is 50%*200*400=$40,000.00
